Hello everyone and welcome to our new project:
“Show me what you feel”. This project is about disability, and its main objectives are:
1.- To learn things about the different kinds of problems that we call “disability”.
2.- To try to understand how we can help people with a disability to have a
normal life.
3.- To respect the differences.
4.- Try to explain this learning to little children in our school
The project consists on
making a bilingual book of tales for little kids. After that we
will perform these tales in the kinder garden of our school.
What
you have to do:
1.- Choose a tale about disability, read it, translate it into English using your own words, and make a new book for children.
2.- Exhibition:
A) Showing your book and performing the
story.
B) Giving information of the disability related to the tale you chose.
C) Talking about a well-known person with this kind of disability.
D) Preparing some activities for your
classmates about the tale you performed.
